I have always loved to move.
Frankly, I find not moving to be quite torturous.
It's how I deal with stress.
It's how I stay in shape.
It's how I learn about new places and build human connection and community.
As a kid, it looked like me roller skating under the stars on the concrete slab of an unfinished (and eventually finished lol Dad :)) garage; jumping off the roof onto the trampoline; endless miles of pavement & dirt road running...with NO MUSIC OR PODCASTS!
I had lots of autonomy as a kid. Something I deeply believe has beneficial impact as we grow, and is gravely missing for our kids nowadays.
As an adult, especially living here and now, movement has kept me sane. It has provided me a mechanism to clear the mental and physical density.
Mental clarity = still mind
Physical clarity = steel body
I am on a mission to help others free themselves from life's weight through fun, challenging, strength and confidence building movement. Using what is already available to get started.
Still mind. Steel body. Real momentum using what you already have.
